By accessing or using the RankToday website or any services provided by RankToday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services

RankToday provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms)
• Website optimization
• Marketing strategy and consulting
• Content development
• Analytics and performance reporting

Services are provided according to individual agreements, proposals, or contracts signed with clients.

RankToday reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for marketing services
• Maintain ownership or legal rights to all materials they provide
• Respond in a timely manner to requests needed for campaign execution
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies

RankToday is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate client information.


4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the client’s proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

General payment conditions may include:

• Payments due prior to the start of services unless otherwise stated
• Monthly services billed in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Fees are non refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

RankToday reserves the right to change pricing for future services with notice.


5. No Guarantee of Results

While RankToday uses industry best practices to improve marketing performance, we cannot guarantee specific results including:

• Search engine rankings
• Traffic increases
• Lead volume
• Advertising performance

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, search engine algorithm updates, and client website performance.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, processes, and intellectual property developed by RankToday remain the property of RankToday unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Clients retain ownership of their original content, trademarks, and branding.

Clients grant RankToday permission to use their name, logo, and website in case studies or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.


7. Third Party Platforms

RankToday may manage or interact with third party platforms including:

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Search engines
• Analytics platforms
• Marketing tools

RankToday is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by these third party platforms.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankToday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the previous 30 days.


9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the client’s agreement.

RankToday reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Clients engage in illegal or unethical practices
• Clients violate advertising platform policies


10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement.

Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without written permission unless required by law.


11. Changes to These Terms

RankToday may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which RankToday operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
